New Age Enlightenment
The New Age is a free flowing spiritual movement comprised of believers and practitioners a variety of beliefs concerning the integration of mind, spirit and body. .
The New Age Movement is a relatively new spiritual expression whose roots are found in Eastern philosophy, ancient mystical traditions, Pagan worship and psychic phenomena.
It is the reemergence of earliest esoteric knowledge coupled with contemporary scientific advances.
The result of this amalgamation of ancient and new is a modern spirituality recognized worldwide as the New Age and curiously, the center of the New Age movement in the U S. is Arizona.
The New Age
The term New Age covers a wide variety of practices from alternative healing to astrology to quantum physics to psychic development to spiritual meditation. In fact, New Age incorporates any pursuit which promotes personal development and does not repress individual freedom.
Becoming a New Ager
To become a New Ager, one merely has to have an interest and a desire to know more about the subject. All that is necessary is for one to study and attend New Age gatherings with an open mind. This combination allows us to examine the universe independent of religious dogma and seek the truth, this may very well lead to a more satisfying life on this plane and in other dimensions
Benefits of being a New Ager
A New Ager is an individual who is searching for spiritual truth. When we start on the path the truth appears different for every seeker, but there is only one absolute truth. And that truth is God, all that is. The New Ager focuses on the quest for knowledge, the abolition of the ego and developing unconditional love - thus achieving a closer union with the True self. While there is no dogma in the New Age, there are a number of truths which are generally recognized.
Participation
The New Age encompasses a variety of practices, many of which can be explored at the New Age Chela Center, which can also guide the New Ager to find materials and teachers to further his/her advanvence.
